Inappropriate use of FnR tag
Anyone caught using
the FnR tag to either impersonate an FnR member, or using the
tag in another manner will be banned immediately.
We will also forward your information to clans that we
participate with, so that they can put you on their banned list.

Recruiting
Anyone caught recruiting on FnR’s server will be banned
immediately. If you have a clan, then you have a server, if you
don't, then you really aren't a clan.
Even if you do, we do not want you bothering our players while
they are on our servers. This also means that you cannot post
your server address,
or website or anything not affiliated with the FnR clan on our
server. Failure of this rule will get you banned. We do not go
to your server and recruit your players.
We only ask you to show us the same amount of respect.
URLs and email addresses in place of game
name are not permitted and you maybe kicked/banned upon entry
into the server.

Blocking of Doors/Windows ect.
Please remember, you are not the only person on our servers
There are others that do use windows and doors the same as the
ones you use.
Do not block doors or windows. You will be warned if you are caught doing
it and it is obstructing play of another player(s).
If you do not oblige by the rule and the warnings you may be
kicked and/or banned.

TKing and TDing
Team Killing (TKing) and Team Damaging (TDing) will not be
tolerated on FnR’s server. If you are caught intentionally doing
either you
will be banned for such offenses. If you accidentally TK or TD,
it is considered polite to apologize for such actions.

Cheating
The use of cheats will result in the immediate banning of the
offender by us if punkbuster doesn't do it first.
This covers using anything that is external from the game to
achieve an advantage, such as hacks or drivers.
Exploiting the map in an unfair manner is also considered
cheating, such as land sharking. It does not matter if everyone
in FnR can do it
if it breaks the spirit of the game, it is wrong.

Inappropriate language and respect

Please keep the cursing to a minimum as children do play on our
servers. We know how mad people can get because we get upset
in-game too.
If the offender continues the use of such language after being warned by
an admin, they risk being kicked or banned at the admins'
discretion.
Disrespecting of a FnR member can get you instantly banned. These are our
servers, we pay for them for you play,
be kind to us and we will try to do the same.
Racism is not allowed and will get you banned without warning no
acceptions.

Spamming In-Game Chat

The spamming of the text marquee and/or the voice messages will
not be tolerated. While they can be great tools for game play,
abuse of them becomes annoying. If you are asked to stop spamming,
and you continue then you run the risk of getting kicked or
banned for such actions, depending upon admin discretion.
This is a game, and we know people want to chat to others.
We do not want to hear about your political opinions or
religious beliefs as that just starts arguments.
If an argument arises Admins have all rights to calm the
situation and take appropriate steps to stop it including to but
not limited to ban/kick of players.
If you are banned during an argument you have the right to come
to the forums and post your story than it is up to
THE ADMIN THAT BANNED YOU to remove your banning.

Warning and Banning by Console

Automated warnings sent by the console, are the settings to
enforce rules that FnR has chosen to use. These warnings are not
to be ignored.
Being banned by the FnR’s monitoring program is the same thing as being
banned by an admin. Whether an FnR member is around or not,
all server rules must be obeyed at all times.

Admin Discretion

As FnR admins are people, they will try to make the best
decision at the time with the knowledge that they have.
If you are asked or warned by an Admin enforcing the server
rules, please follow what they have to say. If you disagree with
what the Admin is saying,
do not argue with the admin as that will get you kicked or banned, and
that is not the right time or place for such things.
Send these grievances to the FnR Admin's using form

Consequences
These rules apply to all players, new or old, no exceptions
Each offender will be dealt in a manner that is fair for every
player on the server.

If your actions cause for a shared computer or IP to be banned,
that is not FnR’s problem. No considerations will be made for
such situations.
So it is up to you to think of those sharing such resources with you.

If you find yourself banned, and you think that it was done in
an unfair or inappropriate manner.
Please post on our forums under Banned? in the Visitors
Forums.
An FnR admin member will try to resolve the situation as quick as possible
after hearing your case.
Please, do not take it upon yourself to discuss such grievances in
Teamspeak, our voice chat program.
Such a meeting will only be initiated by an FnR member, and only if the
FnR member feels one is required to resolve the issue.

If you get banned for accidentally TKing, you will need to file
a grievance with admin.
While we understand that accidents happen, please try to not abuse this
If you are continually requesting to be unbanned,
admin may decide to leave your ban in place for a period of time before
being allowed to play again. The amount of time can be from 1
day to a week,
and can even lead to a permanent ban. The decision for this is at the
discretion of the admin.
